Refund policy

Fa.Volmer grants a 30-day return policy with free return shipping. This means that after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can

a) log in and request a return

b) you can contact us at support@volmer-clothing.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / items not eligible for return

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A "consumer" is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity)

Cancellation policy: Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more products as part of a standard order and these are delivered together

or

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling by you that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or expiry criteria

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
